Livento Group, Inc. (OTC Pink: NUGN), a dynamic company specializing in acquiring and developing disruptive businesses in film, content, and technology for fund managers, is pleased to announce a new investment by International Liquidity, LLC.
International Liquidity, LLC has invested in BOXO Productions Inc. The investment was in two movies that are at different stages of development, namely ‘Carnival of Killers’ and ‘Running Wild’.
The investment, which took place in June, will be reflected in our Qtr. 2 filings. International Liquidity, LLC initially invested $200,000 divided between the two movie projects. In both examples, the investor’s funds were fully deployed into the movie packaging development budget. The investor expressed specific interest in these projects due to their advanced development stages and promising revenue projections. The BOX office revenue projections for ‘Carnival of Killers’ is $600m and for ‘Running Wild’ is $280m with the revenue for BOXO estimated to be between $25-35m and $10-15m respectively.
The investor maintains a strong interest in our portfolio and may invest further as other projects reach additional funding stages.
BOXO breaks down the business model into two core investment stages. Packaging and Production. Packaging is the initial acquisition of rights required for development. Once the content has been developed and a distributor engaged BOXO exits. In some cases, we invest further in the production phase.
Carnival of Killers
Set amid the Dust Bowl storms that ravaged the American Great Plains in the 1930s, Carnival of Killers centers around a young girl with psychic abilities who senses that the traveling carnival she and her mother sought refuge in is ground zero for a looming alien invasion.

Running Wild
