Global Dot Logistics, Inc. (“GDL”), a dynamic logistics consolidation platform, today announced significant progress in its mission to become a leading publicly traded logistics holding company.

Two strong signals of momentum have marked the past three months: the company has completed its second strategic acquisition—an established U.S.-based logistics operator—and signed a funding term sheet with a U.S.-based institutional partner to support its long-term growth strategy.

With operating subsidiaries now established in both North America and Europe, GDL has built a solid foundation to execute its buy-and-build model and scale rapidly. The company is actively preparing for a public listing on a major U.S. exchange, expected no later than May 31, 2026. Consolidated revenues are currently projected to exceed $40 million in 2025.

“We are building a diversified, asset-light logistics platform that connects local strength with global scale,” said David Stybr, CEO of Global Dot Logistics. “Our goal is to provide long-term value creation through targeted acquisitions, digital infrastructure, and access to capital markets.”

GDL is currently conducting due diligence on four U.S.-based logistics companies and two European operators, with a combined annual revenue base of over $170 million. These targets span regional trucking, cross-border transportation, and specialized freight, and are expected to accelerate the company’s growth trajectory and market footprint significantly upon successful completion.

The company has also opened its pre-IPO round for select investors, offering favorable entry valuations ahead of the planned listing. Qualified parties may request additional information and access to a secure data room, subject to the execution of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
